Ultimately prevailing on “The Amazing Race” requires some combination of brawn, brains and just plain good luck, so it was fitting that all three traits played key roles on the season finale, with Tammy and Victor having enough of the latter two to make it to the winner’s mat first, earning the $1 million grand prize they deserved after running a strong race for the majority of the show’s 12 weeks. But afterwards, it was the two runner-up teams that had viewers buzzing the most.
